Gaming the system

"My kids are emptying the garbage every day! It's ridiculous!"

Aggressive chore completion is a great problem to have. Rather than fix it, consider letting your family "get away with it".

If there is an actual problem, have a point meeting and figure out a new value. Clearly the chore is not as loathsome as expected.

Your team members have direct input on the chores. They can act directly, instead of using subterfuge. Undermining the system undermines what they have helped build.
