Helping young team members

Young team members will need help, but try to encourage agency. For example, you might decide when it's time to do chores, but let them the decide what chore to do.

When chores are done, record the work together.

Consider using using a weekly interval. A week is easiest to understand. Smaller time frames can be more real, and more motivating.
